SARGENTs BHW trim for the 10X Line bored lock provides a ligature resistant feature without the expense of new doors. Plus, the streamlined look and feel of the BHW trim combines aesthetics and performance, contributing to a normative, therapeutic environment of care.

ANSI Function F87 Deadlocking latch. Both levers rigid at all times. Latch by key either side. Use only on rooms with more than one exit.
